We have a great participant to instructor ratio, meaning that you get the attention of personal training but with team dynamics.
The classes are great value for money, the more classes you do the cheaper it is.
In addition, we offer personal training sessions at a time and place convenient to you. At our initial consultation we will discuss your goals and tailor a programme to suit your individual needs to help you achieve your goal.

With years of experience, our instructors are capable of pushing you out of your comfort zone to help you reach your goals. The best way to lose weight and tone up, is to exercise regularly and also eat healthy.
Everyone gets a free trial class so come along and give it a try. All we ask is you attend 10 minutes before the start of your first class so that we can go through a simple health questionnaire with you.
